What are your options after a heart attack? The more you know the better you and your family will be able to make good choices. At Inter-Lakes Health, we help make sure heart patients receive rehabilitation as soon as possible after a heart attack or intervention.
Inter-Lakes Health’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Program may be for you if you have had any of the following:
- Coronary Bypass
- Heart Attack
- Stable Angina
- Angioplasty or Stents
The goal of cardiac rehabilitation is to help you regain your strength and stamina so you can go on to live a full and healthier life. We work with you to develop an individualized program that lets you slowly and safely increase your fitness level. We combine monitored exercise and education to enhance a healthier lifestyle.

| How to Begin |
| If you think a program like this would benefit you, ask your doctor about referring you to the cardiac rehabilitation program. With a physician referral, most insurance plans will cover the cost of the programs. |
